Confirmation and Guarantee

To confirm your reservation, you must provide your bank details. This information serves only as a guarantee: no amount will be debited at the time of booking.

Please note: Any booking request not accompanied by these details cannot be confirmed by the Riad and will be automatically cancelled.

Rules of the stay

In accordance with our terms and conditions, full payment for your stay will be charged to the card provided 7 days prior to your arrival. We advise you to ensure your card is valid by this date to avoid automatic cancellation of your stay.

Cancellation Policy

We apply a flexible policy up to 7 days before your arrival:

• More than 7 days before arrival: Cancellation is completely free and no fees will be incurred.

• Less than 7 days before arrival: The total amount of the stay is charged and becomes non-refundable.

• No-show: In case of no-show, the entire reservation will be charged.

Legal framework

By confirming your reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions, which are governed by Moroccan hotel industry practices and the Moroccan Code of Obligations and Contracts (DOC). Any dispute relating to the execution of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Essaouira.
